Typenex, under a Convertible Promissory Note (toxic debt) and a series of Warrants (discounted share purchase agreements) has an ownership cap of 9.99% of the 533m outstanding shares. They cannot convert debt to shares or purchase more discounted shares until they dispose of their 9.99% cap.
