The FACT is that since Chris Tesarski has supposedly taken over Treaty there as been NO SEC filings at all... NOTHING...

So for a Treaty "savior" It seems he is simply doing what Treaty has done before... And then of course there is the missing 170,000 bucks that Chris and Platon Petratos raised to "save" Treaty by bringing Texas Sands wells into production and filing the very delinquent filings that never happened...
It's like a 7 lawyer con-cake... With a little icing on top.
