Well... Another supposed Treaty "deal" and no 8-K filed... And this after all the SEC charges of misleading PR's, non-compliance of disseminating material information and fraud! Typical Treaty Bullshit. Heck Tesarski STILL hasn't 8-K'd is appointment as a board member or his appointment to replace Reid as Treaty president and CEO.
So is it STILL business as usual??? No transparency or disclosure for investors? No SEC filings not even an 8-K??? Sure does look like it...
Tesarski as usual cannot even comply with the most basic of regulations.
