Dr. G[now head of regulatory affairs at PPHM], Dr. L[now heading Calico], Dr.D-H[now president of BMGF], all formerly with DNA, did acquire 1st hand knowledge of that from Herceptin[Rituxan was also involved as an accused infringement of CHIR patent] days, as I learned from documents and testimony in the CHIR v. DNA & BIIB trial in Sacramento some years ago where the development of Herceptin from concept to FDA approval was in evidence.

Their patience must have exceeded the patience oft exhibited here.
