It was American Transportation and Logistics of Windsor Locks, CT. Funny that IFCR did not get to acquire that trucking company. Guess they were just too profitable to let his private company Key TL Holdings let it go to IFCR.

Meanwhile BKRT sells IFCR shares into the float. Hey here is an idea? Key TL Holdings sells convertible notes to IFCR. Key TL holdings converts the notes, sells shares at huge profits and funds acquisitions for Key TL holdings. Is that happening?

Nice set up. CEO of a public and privately owned companies, with the same business description.
