MDRM is fully SEC reporting. That's a very costly and credible thing to do for a company on the OTC pinks. And quite rare. They need to act like it.

The one who visited the site is rodeo.

There is a house on site. But nobody is living in it. Only suitable for facility employees to stay in.

The site is well within what HC is looking for with regards to zoning IMO. The knock is its only 5k sq feet. But it has very positive growth capabilities.
