Let's say this stock "runs" to .0005. How much selling pressure will it take from flippers to beat this stock back down to .0002 and lower? All runs have been intraday. There is no interest in this stock. Buy those 3's and 2's but don't be surprised if you can't dump them when opportunity appears to present itself.
