Guess 425B5 to be released on Feb 4. The EFFECT notice for this year was filed on 1-15-2015. Last year the same EFFECT notice was filed on 1-16-2014.

So I truly believe we will all know what that S-3 filing was for within coming two weeks. The Feb 4th release will be the Prospectus and then the week after the HAMMER or BOOSTER will follow.
