Irish62 ... Well, how could I ...

not respond to your post and not thank you for your kind words ??

Yes, I agree that the subject of contention was indeed how we viewed Mr. Shareef as CEO of Adaptive Medias, and I think you will agree that we were not only adamant in our positions, but sometimes harsh as well in our posts. I would like to apologize for what I see in retrospect were all knee jerk responses without giving more appropriate thought on how to more accurately state my case.

So, if you'll indulge me, I would like to proffer one last explanation.

First of all, I viewed Mr. Shareef as a visionary with more than just good insight into the ad tech business, but with the foresight to come up with a specific plan on how to achieve his goal of developing the first all-in-one video platform with emphasis on the mobile segment of the multi-billion dollar digital advertising market.

His job, in my opinion, was to put together the right team to assist him in reaching his goal, and I believe he accomplished that by recruiting some of the best talent in the business. Again, in my opinion, they were the ones responsible for coming up with the best way they saw fit to carry out their part of the plan, and with that a budget which would then be turned over to the CFO who with his team of pencil pushers had to come up with a pro-forma operating statement and the resulting statement of condition at a certain point in time. This is what dictates how much cash they will need and how many shares they will have to issue, not the CEO. If ADTM were not a legit company I wouldn't even be arguing in favor of Mr. Shareef; in fact, I wouldn't even be here. Adaptive Medias and its upper management give absolutely no indication that it is a scam, and unless somebody can prove otherwise, I will continue to maintain this opinion.

The fact that Mr. Waltz has now been instructed and apparently is committed to raising an additional $5-$10 million to me is only a sign that it's business is picking up faster than even expected. There are real and undeniable signs of growth based on the quarter over quarter increase in revenues, a significant increase in users of the now ready for prime time Media Graph video player platform. There were reportedly 45 users of this platform at the end of the second quarter, but grew to around 250 users subsequent to its release near the end of the 3rd quarter and through the end of the 4th quarter ... if that's not impressive, I don't know what is. Also, when I looked at the job openings not long ago, they went from 2, then to 3 and now to 5 ... that has to be another sign of increased business without a doubt, at least in my opinion.

Furthermore, the Company provides a full benefit package, and I don't believe for one minute that any scam company would even think about doing that.

Finally, I would like to mention the topic of dilution. It's my strong opinion that as long as cash is required to fulfill the need of supporting a fast growing start-up like ADTM, the dilution becomes a normal part of the equation ... there's just no way around it, and if people can't stomach that, in my opinion, they shouldn't be investing in start-ups.

If you or anyone else wants to get a better understanding of what's expected in terms of its financial outlook in 2015, I suggest reading at least the "Long Term Growth" section of the Investor Profile, because in my opinion, it couldn't have been better written. As far as I'm concerned, my eyes are on the prize and what's ahead for the Company. and again in my opinion, constant reminders of the past couldn't be more useless and the current share price is absolutely no indication of what's ahead. This recent drop in the share price is nothing more than an aberration based solely on the personal extreme misbehavior of our late CEO which had nothing whatsoever to do with the continuing operation of Adaptive Medias. I'm convinced that the only reason the share price dipped so low was because retail investors who really weren't familiar enough to know that panicked and sold out at the bid price to make sure their sale went through. How long it takes to recover most likely will depend on whether or not the Company issues some very positive news now.

One last note is regarding transparency. I think we would all like to know more about the inner workings of ADTM, but that's not likely to happen based on the fact that the Company is in a highly competitive business, so clearly it's not going to release anymore information than necessary. Also, it's not at all unusual for the larger well-known clients of ADTM, or any other company for that matter, to require confidentiality agreements, so without their permission we're just not going to know exactly who many of these companies are.

All of the above opinions aside from my comments about Mr. Shareef are submitted for the benefit of anyone who cares, and are not directly addressed to you ... I hope you don't mind.

Take care and have a great weekend.

ADTM
