ECIG stock is not trading either afterhours nor before hours. I asked her specifically about ECIG. This stock is classified as a pink sheet,therefore, for the regular retail investor it is not eligible to be traded. I think the only retail investors that CAN TRADE this stock would be an ACCREDITED INVESTOR. You have to jump through some hoops with the financial resources to become an ACCREDITED INVESTORS.

I just talked with SCOTTRADE and the Branch Mgr gave me this information.
