Why did we not hear directly from Vakser with a signed filed announcement that he resigned, and that Vakser is turning the company over to Luther Jeffries? This is the most suspicious announcement yet! First Sentence says it all!

I am writing to officially update you on the transfer of the company from Mr. Vakser to myself Mr. Jeffries.
