OK so the stock will be LISTED.

Not UP listed.

Uplisting implys that THIS stock is going to improve. It wont. It will be worthless.
That is why it is being used as a rumor. The idea being fool people into buying now when there will never be an uplist

The question that matters is not about listing a stock.

The question is what ratio will they need to use to be able to list on anything besides the OTC?

That reverse split effect is what really matters.

They should not mess around and try to make current shareholders happy.
They should do the equilivant of about a 1:1000 RS.

This will put the share count very low and the PPS very high which should allow for the post "split" selling and maintain a decent PPS. It will also make the stock somewhat illiquid at first which will help to control selling.
