You would have to be crazy to own shares of PTSC now given the fact they make no money and have little prospect of making any money. If they ever do make money maybe I would buy shares HOWEVER there is no indication when or if they will. Also, each settlement dollar gets split so many ways that maybe 10% would trickle down to the bottom line at PTSC. Given the fact that the HTC jury set the licensing fees so low it will be near impossible for share holders to make out. Just saying my friend.
