The one worrying thing is that there aren't a ton of broadwell units out there. There is the Dell XPS 13 which is getting rave reviews. And a few announcments but this roll out seems to be very slow like the Core M rollout before it. Not sure what the implications are but it doesn't feel like the factory is anywhere near full output at 14nm and that a ton of 22nm parts are still in the mainstream. I thought that a bunch of units would hit in mid January but we are still waiting...

The factory output is hard to tell. I agree that systems aren't shipping, but it takes a few months I think for wafers to go from beginning to end, get packaged, and shipped for systems. So the factory right now is really manufacturing the parts going into systems for Q2, not systems shipping right now. Systems right now are using what was in the factory from last quarter.

There are several Broadwell systems shipping, though. Dell XPS isn't the only one. I linked to several on this forum already, including the new HP business tablets with Vpro, which look pretty amazing. I think we'll see more as the quarter goes on. Q1 is also a fairly awkward quarter for OEM's to launch. You see a few leadership systems announced at CES, but the majority of refreshes happen for Back to School and Holiday. By then, we'll also have some Skylake shipping, so Broadwell may remain a lower(er) volume product.
