Another observation..

All the CD holders converted about 3 billion shares simultaneously over a 2 week stretch in October. No conversions since. Rather odd action. Implies to me there may be a negotiated resolution with these entities.

Considering the need to re audit financials, bring in Dawson James with preferred shares, 15+ mil stipulation, listing on higher exchange stipulation

Imagine the possibilities..
