How do you know that TCEL has sold any share to the open market The float. and how do you now if the investors have sold there share in the open market.

All we know sure is that some of the investors conv. there perfered to common share and TCEL added more share and did not sell all yet that we know of the 2.9b.

And the Q statement was saying they felt there was no need to increase the shares. And they were looking to some other financing or something in the fist Q of 2015

So most of your stuff is just talk, not fact !!!
