No. What I'm really saying is that post was news that is 20 months old, there's no public evidence that any of it has actually been done, phase I was allegedly done on 5700 acres but currently uspr only has surface access to 429 of those acres, uspr has stated a desire not to do phase II and the money source for the funding has seen revenues for their main business cut in half. That's what I was really saying.

Thanks for agreeing the questions are excellent. A prudent investor would want answers prior to finding financials resources but to each their own.
