After the first filings last week since 2009 I mailed the company. SMKG is alive again. Good things are coming. This is the answer I got from the CEO.

'yes we have filed and have some additional filings in the next few weeks. The business is operational and 2014 was a development year for the company with 2015 rollout of clients with some of our tech partners.
