So his next move will be to lay low for a while. If this board and others stop revealing the truth and antics about this guy, he will hope to relaunch again in 6 - 9 months when he starts running low on cash flow from poor sales he is not reporting and pocketing.

His only other option it to recreate the company with a new name (keeping bgreen as a subsidiary) and adding some other marquis product to generate some interest with another lost leader product. Then try to package it with the same old conservation story.
