The only thing verifiable is Reid has agreed to buy a played out mining property for $1.5M. Where currently he doesn't have the funding to pay for it. In return the so called "partner" gets rid of their worthless property they couldn't sell to the public, along with the yearly tax burden. That Jeffy is quite a guy, helping mid-large caps unload their worthless properties. Assuming he can ever afford em.
