DEAR SHAREHOLDERS:

I want to first apologize for the delay in an update. I have been extremely busy with other business matters and litigation that does not involve Radix Marine. It does have draconian consequences for me, if not attended to, and the deadlines imposed complied with.

Any of you that have been involved in litigation understand how the game is played. Unfortunately, it has become a game many lawyers play. They have lost sight they are granted great powers as officers of the court and abuse of such will not be tolerated.

The weaker the case, the more abuse of process they imploy. It simply is not about getting to the truth, it is about who can attempt to make who’s life the most miserable. It is like riding a bull, you hang on like crazy, jump off after one hell of a ride and then stick a sword in their neck and watch them flop around like a mackerel.

I will be posting a website and a link to copies of filings and case information once things slow down so you can all be entertained and see how far the system has sunk.

BACK TO REAL BUSINESS OF RADIX MARINE!

I continue to work on opportunities and the business of Radix Marine. Organizing the shareholder meeting and bringing the filings current remain a top priority for me. I should back on this in the coming weeks and will now be posting more frequent updates with a change in web hosting.

My philosophy remains the same, continue to create and retain shareholder value through diversification of the company.

For those of you that have actually taken the time to call and participate in the process, I appreciate the feedback and support. I have carefully considered many of the suggestions and offers of help in moving forward.

I just finished moving the shop we shared with another company for R and D work. We will now be doing our R and D work at 2810 West Washington Avenue K1. We will be allocating a 3,000 square foot shop area, once I have finished moving some tenants around in a version of “musical chairs”.

We continue to work on marketing strategies for the existing product line. We are also working on ways to expand the utility of the GB12 as the flagship of the line.

With the change in web hosting, it will now be much easier for me to post an update and not have to depend on a third party for this effort. We are also looking at the cost and benefit of trying to update this website. It is informative, but needs to be updated with the current technology available.

Thanks again for your patience and support.

Four and a half years later, and let's check out your boyfriend's record on promises, shall we?

Brad's promise to dispose of the evil lawyers? No.

Brad's promise to have a website with case information? No.

Shareholder meeting? No.

Filings current? No.

Any actual R&D since 2010? No.

Strategies for existing product line? No.

Are you willing to admit now that your boyfriend used you as his internet enforcer to try keeping people from asking all those questions he didn't want answered?
