QUESTION: WHY WERE WOM, Michigan Plant Technologies, and ALL of those other companies willing to take those shares IF nothing was going to happen? PLUS THAT....if you check the WOM agreement they are paying a huge amount of $$$$ every year 'forever' for those shares?

Remember this deal already has gone through the courts.
