I sent a question/complaint to the SEC website. I did not formally file a complaint as the RS didn't happen yet, but for this crap company to say they are in the mj industry, tote about their mj related activities, double their shares to 9 billion and then RS???!!? I would suggest anyone who can validate they lost money due to the LIE that PMCM is in the mj industry consider coming forward. I am certain there will be a lawsuit and if not, all of us could launch one! THIS IS BS.
