HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA / ACCESSWIRE / January 29, 2015 / Greenway Designs, Inc., (OTC Pink: GDGI) (GDGI) announced today that it has closed the acquisition of Deal-X Technologies.

Deal-X Technologies is a proprietary "Daily Deal" and "Digital Coupon" software platform for local commerce and national ecommerce (online sales).
