Rule number 1 when investing in the stock market...never, never influence your buy or sell decisions based on what you read on message boards.

So it follows that rule number 1 with a credible management team...never, never influence your company's strategic decisions by the feedback that one reads on a message board.

If I believed that ACGX top management asked for stakeholder's comments with the intent of getting a feel for the way they should go forward, then I need to sell my equities for whatever I could get for them. BillyJoe JimBob on a message board could be anybody with a myriad of reasons for posting a comment.

If the ACGX management team is looking for some type of confirmation on the message board for a decision they already made or to obtain some outside rubber stamp for a future decision that isn't going to be liked, just so they can say that "we polled a board and that is what they liked; then they are again, not running an enterprise I want to invest in.

I am long with ACGX based on my due dilligence and therefore do not believe Sorkin is polling any message board.
