Seems like lvvv was unable to complete the apru/rshn acquisition. They even hired an accounting group to help them work through everything.

I wonder what happened to prevent the deal from closing? Perhaps there was an issue with apru and rshn. We know there was a lawsuit and a judgement against rshn. Perhaps there was an issue with apru as well? Considering all the things corr had done before LVVV I'm not so sure he isn't responsible for the issues with the shells.

To be fair.. LVVV hasn't said anything so we can only make assumptions here... sure would be nice if they got their act together and supported their shareholders with some dialogue.
