In fact, I would wager there is serious consideration being given to not filing at all. Why would they? It could only confirm the worst, and they aren't under any legal requirement to do so, but then again, the OTC isn't under any legal requirement to allow this symbol to REMAIN QUOTED. If they get behind on filings again with as many audacious unproven hollow claims as they have put out to potential investors, the sec would have no truck w taking out this trash.
