I am so livid over this. I had my order in at Etrade for the ipo at 20 because they raised it the other day. So I just read that it was raised again to 21 but no notice from Etrade. I go into my account to change my amount and they are no longer allowing customers to edit. I called Etrade and he said they are taking call after call about this. They said that Morgan Stanley blind sighted them and didn't tell them so they couldn't tell their customers in time that there was another increase. By the time they found out the shares were already being allocated so they can't allow their customers to change the price. I have been doing this ipo thing since the late 90's and I have never seen this happen where they didn't notify about another increase.
