Hoping you’ll give your opinion on some real history we have to deal with. More shares being built up over in Germany. My view is the owners of those ____ing hammered us on the turn from 2013/2014.
Looking at this wild-ass equity listing claiming to be APDN over on the Stuttgart exchange as part of the problem we’re having (and, I ain't all that much into conspiracies).
UDJN, used to be UDJ, and all credit goes to one of the pillars of our board, YIP. Back after the Annual Earnings report of December 2013, UDJ then of Frankfort, dropped about ½ their holdings. And they held a lot. We went into the tank. Haven’t recovered yet.
We lost 30% on the PPS then. The annual report had a fairly positive GAIN in income. Then we had expansion tied with R&D costs. AND, we were taken down.
First question is along the lines of mewondering how you’d lay their dump (with others), and the next ¼ly announcement by our CEO seeking alternative funding measures (all these high-underwriting and bullshit extended loan costs nobody likes).
UDJ had a lot of our stock, and just ____king dumped on us back in the DAYS (19-Dec-2013 to Feb 2014).
