Maybe so, but I feel bad for the folks who obviously shouldn't be playing with high risk penny stocks. The odds of success are extremely weighted in favor of the con-men and insiders. Guys like Joel depend on investors who think they can beat the system.

Joel especially likes people who think they can "lock the float" and makes (and breaks) promises to bring down the share structure. 5.1 billion AS by end of year - nope.
