I'm saying that he has no actual data to form an opinion on the value of the property. At least none that came from uspr.

But I'm curious about his life long reputation. How do we know what his reputation is? And how do the 5 companies he advised that have no value or went bankrupt affect his reputation? And if he attached his name to those companies, and they all failed miserably, clearly he doesn't mind risking his reputation on un-proven companies.
