A single frickin' drill hole would be a good starting point - LOL.

If you throw enough money at a project, you can certainly speed things up - maybe 7 years is possible. I don't know of any particular environmental issue in the Tombstone area that would be a fatal flaw - like close by Indian lands, a wildlife refuge, or protected waters. I have no doubt that if another Bisbee-sized ore body is found and the economics are there, investors would flock to LBSR.
