"The work that we have been doing for a major military defense company involving the modification of
an aircraft fuel injection system that operates on JP-8 continues. As previously mentioned, this
company has a contract with a branch of the military. We are a subcontractor in this endeavor.
The customer has asked us to develop numerous iterations of an improved pump. Thus far, they have
considered many of our prototypes to be successful. We are currently producing 8 more variations.
After these are assembled and tested, they will choose one pump for manufacture.
They have been assisting us in developing quality requirements for manufacture. As our initial quote for
manufacture is now over one year old, they have asked us to present a new quote. The initial contract
would be for the manufacture of 100 pumps. They have also asked us to quote an option for an
additional 150, which could bring total production to 250 pumps."
