You make it sound so easy. Running a company profitably is very, very tough and certainly the GCEI guys have no history of operational success. Ken can't even run his law practice and then again Randy was very successful at his chosen profession - scamming people out of money.

We will see if the acquired company has earned a profit on whatever sales they have or if they too have nothing to show but future dreams of profits.

And what happens to the P&L when everyone starts taking salaries and starts repaying the accrued expenses owing.
