Posters were discussing the two options laid out in the email/post, not the email/post in its entirety!

They are not considering a reverse split!

Paul has made it clear time and again that they would not do a reverse split! It is not even a consideration. The rest of that email that you didn't include in your copy and paste, he flat out said that he has not changed his view on splits / reverse splits. He admitted that the one they did years back was a huge mistake and they will not do that again.
