Etablished business since 1997. Started recently filing again and updated company profile at otcmarkets.com.

Company was dark 6 years. This was a .30-.50 stock with the same share structure. No dilution since 2005. Started trading with 11m o/s 2001.

Not many shares under .10. Waiting for attorney letter and news!
