If THIS is so, then -- years ago -- the SEC and the "forces that be"
would have shut-down and NO LONGER PERMITTED for there to be
ANY further, continuing Marketplace for ANY Company whose Stock-Price
was Listed and was Trading at ANY Price lower than One Cent.
They WOULD have!
The Rule/Regulation/Statute for ALL Public Companies, from henceforth,
would be, "All Public Companies/Corporations must be of such existing
characteristics as-to justify, support, and maintain a Share-Price of $0.01
(One Cent) and higher. If a Company's/Corporation's Share-Price dips beneath
a Share-Price of $0.01 (One Cent) for a duration of time LONGER THAN
TWO QUARTERS, that Company's/Corporation's Stock shall be
Suspended/de-Registered."
