At the time they said it, Russia was a lucrative and potential market;there was no currency problems; and oil was nr all time highs.
Factor all of those negative changes in NOW AND IN THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE and you'll hear a very different story.

Wait for the conf call and listen closely for the same dog and pony show.

For now it's approaching a new 52 week low and probably near an all time low.

Maybe something positive could develop in the distant future but with that kind of self serving management and the history and headwinds they face, it ain't gonna happen soon notwithstanding a dead cat bounce here and there.
