So once they split, and the new price winds up being around a penny, all preferred shareholders (DM the only preferred shareholder) will dump and make some good money (to pay his legal garbage); as the split doesn't affect them (him)?

Shows how greedy this guy is; he doesn't want to issue 40k (1:250), 20k (1:500), or 10k (1:1000) to himself, he wants the whole 10 mil.
