For me, the funding will come as a consequence of the patent and INDs as Gem said earlier.
I believe that discussions with investors are probably quite advanced at this point to tie down terms and conditions etc NOW.
Why, because when patents are granted and reports of successful INDs become available, Intellicell has much greater bargaining power and can demand more from an investor.
We know that the process/technology here IS a game changer - greater SVF yields, quicker, cheaper etc and the Andrews IND will prove the efficacy of this treatment solution.
Potential investors will want to get their slice of the pie on their terms before it becomes a bun fight with many more investors trying to get in on the action.
It's more of a 'risk' for them but a much better reward and the longer they wait, the greater chance that someone will beat them...
