Its been almost 6 weeks since the latest excuse about a credit line being reason Form 10 is not being filed.

It suddenly came up in this Dec 20th blog, even after multiple posts about it being inches from being given to MAC, with no mention of them wanting to include this company saving LOC.

It has now been one week since any mention of LOC's that will make or break company.

2). CREDIT LINES - The credit facilities that collectively will finance the Company's new release activities (including theatrical activities) appear on track and solid. Individual details will be released upon approval of each of the three separate parties involved in three separate transactions that comprise the Company's overall needs as specified in the Form 10 filing

The problem is, HHSE has seemed to move on from Form 10 and new LOC's as evident by them pumping their ability to get nine new titles into stores and talk about the "cash flow" from these as being what will make company grow.

HHSE has come down scrapping together enough borrowed funds from a replicator and maybe $25k in bank to get a few copies of titles they have been talking about releasing for months and in "The Cinema Hold up" three years.
