Eric does not share or resemble the qualities of Frank Giustra. I met Frank either in 1999 or 2000 when Merrill Lynch underwrote $25 million, Canacord and Union in Canada were also courting Frank as was OPCO and MS in the US. I was at LGFs offices on Wilshire, not Canada. Frank was from ML, and was able to use his connections which were real and got the job done.
