Schewe is buying the VSPC shell from Carl so Carl can "retire" and Schewe can take his magic lotion business public (see: reverse merger).

I agree that Schewe is well educated and a successful doctor.

Once again, I bought into VSPC to make money - no other reason.

Rule #1 is never lose money.

Rule #2 is never forget Rule #1.
