Personally I think it's all a timing issue. It would not surprise me if before the end of 2015 we hear about Buy in by Sonofi. I could even see it going further in the that technosphere development is a perfect piece for Genzyme.

The technology gives a new platform for this company to move forward.

One other player could step forward to buy the entire company and it might really fit. That company would be Regeneron. It would be ironic as Saonofi about 30% of that company. Regeneron has a lot of new drugs in their pipeline and is a very wealthy company with the ability to further develop the future uses and benefits of the technosphere Device platform.
