"CipherLoc is provable" - Yet no proof has ever been presented... no independent verification exists.

"CipherLoc exists" - Something named CipherLoc exists. One sale done as a favor to a company that doesn't use it and has lost 95% of its value since the deal.

"The market for encryption is huge" - That is true. But so is the market for weight loss products. But NSCT has no piece of either market.

"No outsider KNOWS what the company is doing in marketing, sales, research, and development." - Not true... we can see what they spend on R&D from their filings... and it is paltry! We can see that whatever they are doing for sales and marketing hasn't worked!

"Nor does anyone else, outside of the Carlson family, why the deal was done. Nor does anyone outside of Dr. Carlson and NSCT know the details of the deal." - The details are disclosed in their filings! Are you saying there are secret terms not disclosed in their filings?
