Point taken. But, the purchase agreements clearly state amounts to be paid include liabilities. It's even underlined. The assumption agreements, which we haven't seen, are due at closing. I think .36 per share is a fantasy, but the truth is we just won't know the outcome until it happens. Good luck to you all.
