PMX Communities Inc. as a precious metals incubation company had a vision to build an American-made gold dispensing terminal. The MGIV gold machine was launched and successfully tested, and it is continuously being technologically updated to enhance the next version of dispensing terminals.



PMX continues to build newer versions of our machine hoping to bring innovative products to today's consumer. The newest version of the MGIV is the LXIV BUD BOX terminals. One of which will be a hybrid-cannabis model that will incorporate non -THC products found in head shops with cannabis infused goods that enhance the client's MJ and MMJ dispensary experience making smoking pipes, papers, screens, and vaporizers readily available in a terminal located inside dispensaries.The paraphernalia terminal dispensing non-cannabis products only will launch shortly and will be a combo of not only of pipes, papers, screens, but aromatherapy products, incense, candles and other eco-friendly items as well.



Public Company news:



The company is starting preparation for filing our 10K this week and working on bringing revenues to the bottom line this quarter. PMX is a fully reporting company and we will file timely as we always have. It has been brought to our attention that message boards have been saying nasty rants about the company and we are not in control of the language nor inaccurate facts they may write. Company news:



We are coming off a very exciting week of travel to the west coast. The company is under an NDA with our current partner and cannot disclose their footprint because it will indeed possibly change the entire commercialization of marijuana in this country. This is the most exciting group we have worked with and we feel strongly that they are the only company that clearly understands the direction of the Cannabis industry. We have further revolutionized the bud box to meet new needs and it is our belief that our terminal is the most technological savvy machine in the field. Again, we see all the new players and cannot see any direct competition at this time to our bud box. Being first to market is a superb advantage but tweaking chip machines is not the way of this industry. The competitors we see in the mesh are all still building and tweaking and working to enter the industry.





The vacationer box website is complete and the group we hired to work on the optimization of the site is finishing their work. We reviewed many pages of key words with them over the weekend and made certain we were not in violation legally by tweaking the language on the website to make certain the positioning brings many buying clients to the site. It is not a simple task and although many people would just have launched without taking this into consideration we want the site to sell product and be lucrative bringing revenues to the company bottom line. The site will go live in less than a week!




The MGIV gold terminal discussions to launch a combo-gold-silver terminal is ongoing and we still believe in this terminal. We are continuing our negotiations in India and moving to see if we can find Middle Eastern partners. Some discussions take 6 months as large banks do not quickly bring new products to market and we are still in the loop. It was suggested we bring Canadian diamonds into the terminal and we will advise if we think more formally about a Canadiana footprint.






This has been a tough year for the company and we are confident in the strategy and direction. We are hopeful that with a new public marketing group that we will see greater value to the share price of the security as well. We thank you our shareholders for staying by our side and supporting us and this year ahead is looking exiting for the company.
