I was referring to the future, to the question of corporate governance and ethics -- will LVVV share the future growth equitably with its shareholders or will insiders dump zero-cost-basis shares endlessly onto the market in a pattern and practice of toxic dilution?

As long as capital is coming in and value is being created when new shares are issued the dilution caused by growth in value overall is not harmful.
