Not likely as there are too much O/S out there 5.5B shares (with a float of around 3B and 2.5B restricted), and Talbot has the voting power to increase A/S and dump more shares to the market which he has done and is still doing (although he has been posting every quarter and every year increase profit for the last 3 years). That is the problem here.......
