I sound like a broken record, but how the heck does anyone think Chapin, Les and crew pay themselves, pay company bills, pay for flights to Chile?

Bingo, debt conversions at a discount allowing them money personally and money to lend to the company to pay bills.

Why do u think the o/s goes up every quarter.
